Equity is at the core of ApSeed’s daily work
Seedling touchpads are designed for any and all preschool-aged children but ApSeed’s focus is to get the educational touchpads in the hands of families who might need a boost the most. This includes those with children attending federally-sponsored Pre-K, Title 1, and Head Start programs, as well as private and home-based childcare centers.
We are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion
We are committed to a nondiscriminatory approach in all we do as an organization. We will maintain an inclusive environment with equitable treatment for all. We will provide equal opportunity for employment and advancement in all of our departments, programs, and worksites. We respect and value diverse life experiences and heritages and ensure that all voices are valued and heard.
Whether you are an employee, volunteer, partner organization, or recipient family – whatever your gender, race, ethnicity, national origin, age, sexual orientation or identity, education, or disability – ApSeed strives to ensure you feel valued and respected.
